We contracted Bryant Keesling (Waterside Docks and Landscaping) after seeing his landscaping design for the water side of our property. His design was for Redi-Rock walls with steps to the water with landing and patio levels between the walls. This included drainage, electrical, water, gas lines and patio floor pavers to be installed during the construction. Due to the complexity of the property, construction was performed from both water and house levels. Bryant had the equipment to complete each phase of the construction.

From foundation to finishes to cleanup, his plan was executed efficiently with a pride in craftsmanship. Every stone was precisely cut and laid to ensure that each piece fit together perfectly. The step and wall lighting was well planned and provided the functional and accent lighting that we desired. Once construction was complete, the job site was picked up and landscaping was repaired or redone.

Overall, Bryant exceeded our expectations with his project design, execution and work quality. His project not only enhanced the property but also a created a space where we can enjoy the lake with our family. We would recommend Bryant Keelsing to anyone thinking of this type of project.

This letter serves as a testimonial for Waterside Docks and Landscaping. In May of 2015 we employed the services of Bryant and his crew for the waterfront landscaping at our new home. During the course of the project, Waterside Docks built and installed our dock, a 140 foot galvanized steel seawall, a 4.5 foot high block retaining wall, 2200 square feet of pavers and a 21 step stairway from the lakefront up to our patio. This was a large and complicated project. We were greatly impressed with Bryant's expertise, his precision and attention to detail. Additionally, it was very apparent that Bryant's crew is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, as well. They were a joy to work with. They are very cordial, hardworking and obviously very dedicated employees of Waterside Docks. They went over and above, during a very busy time of year to get our project completed on time.

We have now moved in and are enjoying our new home. Our patio and lakefront area look amazing and something we are quite proud of. We are absolutely convinced that we chose the very best for our project. Bryant and his crew are very professional to deal with. The job site was always safe and organized. With Bryant's experience he was able to suggest options for our project that we had not thought of doing. For us what set Waterside Docks apart from the other contractors that we had quote the project was that Bryant listened to what we wanted and understood that the project would be completed in phases. Other contractors presented their bids in an all or nothing approach. To top it all off Waterside's price was very competitive.
